Jyothi Rice is long matta rice and is commonly known as vadi rice grown in the fields of palakkad and kuttanad. This type of rice is double boiled. These are rich in nutrients, vitamins and minerals, it is an excellent source of complex carbohydrates. The rice includes its ability to provide fast and instant energy. It is enriched with vitamin B, folate, iron and magnesium.

How to Use

Strong Microwave-Rinse the rice once or twice in running cold water and drain the excess water.
soak the rice in water and place the container in the microwave.Microwave till it’s fully cooked and soft enough.
The cooking time varies depending on the type of microwave and container used.
Suggested only for the small serving of rice.
Boiling time of rice can vary depending on the type of paddy used for processing.
